  This short film shows just a taste of the options for configuring the Molecule system – designed by Davide Tonizzo for Arconas.
As displayed in this video, the number of arrangements of the Molecule system seem endless. Just two components assemble to produce different scenarios, depending on the needs of the user. These two components are a cylindrical upholstered seat and a curved backrest finished in wood veneer with upholstered top pad.
Pieces are connected using a “soft-linking” system, which means that a hard or permanent connection is not needed, and the system maintains its manipulability; arrangements can be made on the spot to suit the given situation. |
