Roca Showroom By OAB

In Barcelona, Roca commissioned OAB to create a potential design landmark, a showcase for Roca’s most interesting pieces, and an introduction to the company’s present and future activities.

The gallery, also referred to as Triple Espacio (Triple Space), is a unique structure made completely from glass. Thanks to the latest in lighting technology, the long rectangular structure literally shines by night, as the whole building is illuminated by hundreds of LEDs that visually distort the interior in an eye-catching display of visual effects. During the day, these effects continue as sun and clouds pass over the building, constantly changing the views seen by those inside and outside.

Featured in the highly interactive gallery are audiovisual displays that communicate Roca’s commitment to sustainability and reduced water consumption. Futuristic in style, the space includes touchscreens, visual tours of Roca-furnished bathrooms, 3D projections and touch-sensitive tables.
